All elements constituting the website www.entreprise-agadir.com — including but not limited to: the general structure, design, interfaces, source code, databases, algorithms, texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, trademarks, trade names and any other content produced or held by the Publisher — are the exclusive property of the Publisher or its partners and are protected by Moroccan laws and international conventions relating to intellectual property and copyright.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, translation, distribution or exploitation of all or part of the elements of the site, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written authorization of the Publisher, is strictly prohibited and constitutes counterfeiting sanctioned by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code applicable in Morocco.

Content published by Members (texts, images, descriptions, data) remains the intellectual property of their authors. By publishing on the Platform, Members grant the Publisher a limited license of use solely for the operation and promotion of the Platform, in accordance with the General Terms of Use.

The trademarks, logos and distinctive signs appearing on the Platform are registered trademarks or trademarks pending registration belonging to the Publisher. Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of the Publisher's rights and may incur civil and criminal liability.

In accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 of February 18, 2009 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and its implementing decree, the Publisher is responsible for the processing of personal data collected via the Platform.

In the context of using the Platform, the following data may be collected:

• Improve user experience
• Send account-related communications
• Comply with legal obligations
• Prevent fraud and abuse

In accordance with Law No. 09-08, every Member has the following rights:

• Payment providers

Any transfer is governed by appropriate contractual guarantees.

A cookie is a small text file placed on the User's terminal (computer, smartphone, tablet) when browsing the Platform. It allows the terminal to be recognized during subsequent visits.

The Publisher is a host within the meaning of the law. It is not responsible for content published by Members, except where it has knowledge of it and has not acted promptly to remove it.

The Publisher strives to keep information up to date but does not guarantee its completeness or accuracy. The information published does not constitute legal, tax or financial advice.

The Publisher does not guarantee continuous availability of the Platform. Interruptions may occur for technical, maintenance or force majeure reasons.

The Publisher is not a party to transactions concluded between Members via the Platform. It assumes no responsibility regarding their execution or results.
