Moderation Rules of Entreprise-Agadir.ma. All published content is subject to prior validation by our team before going online.
Preamble
Entreprise-Agadir.ma is a local professional platform dedicated to the economic ecosystem of Agadir and the Souss-Massa region. The quality, reliability and relevance of published content are at the core of our value proposition.
To ensure a healthy, fair and useful environment for all economic actors in the region, all content published on the Platform is subject to prior validation by the moderation team before going online. No profile, listing, tender or job offer is publicly visible until it has been reviewed and approved.
1. General Principles
1.1
Professional content only
The Platform is exclusively reserved for professional content. Any personal, off-topic content or content unrelated to a real economic activity will be rejected.
1.2
Accuracy and truthfulness
All submitted content must reflect an exact and verifiable reality. Exaggerated, approximate or false information is prohibited.
1.3
Clarity and readability
Profiles and listings must be written in a clear, structured and readable manner. Incomplete, illegible or inconsistent content will be rejected during validation.
1.4
Publication language
The Platform accepts content in French and Arabic. Content in other languages may be accepted if accompanied by a French or Arabic version.
1.5
Content uniqueness
Each listing must correspond to a distinct offer or need. Submitting identical or nearly identical content is prohibited and will result in systematic rejection.
2. Rules by Content Type
2.1 Company Profile
Required
- Exact and complete corporate name
- Real and correctly specified business sector
- Clear description of the activity (minimum 100 characters recommended)
- Valid professional contact details (phone and/or email)
- Real location in Agadir or the Souss-Massa region
Forbidden
- Creating a profile for a fictitious or non-existent entity
- Using the name or identity of another company
- Declaring an activity different from the actual activity
- Submitting multiple profiles for the same entity
- Using a company profile for personal activities
Recommendations
- Add a professional logo or cover photo
- Complete all available fields
- Precisely describe the products or services offered
- Mention relevant certifications, approvals or labels
- Keep contact details permanently up to date
2.2 Freelancer Profile
Required
- Real first and last name
- Correctly specified field of activity and specialty
- Clear description of skills and services offered
- Valid professional contact details
- Real location
Forbidden
- Creating a profile under a false identity
- Claiming non-existent skills, diplomas or experience
- Submitting multiple profiles for the same person
- Using a freelancer profile as a showcase for a constituted company
Recommendations
- Add a professional photo
- Include a representative portfolio of your achievements
- Specify your areas of expertise with concrete examples
- Mention your training, certifications or client references
- Indicate your availability and working arrangements
2.3 Commercial Offers
Required
- Clear and descriptive offer title
- Exact category and sub-category
- Complete description of the product or service offered
- Indicative price or price range (recommended)
- Valid contact details
Forbidden
- Submitting an offer for an illicit product or service
- Mentioning false or deliberately misleading prices
- Reproducing another Member's listing
- Submitting offers unrelated to the declared activity
- Including links to competitor sites or external platforms
- Using misleading claims without justification ("BEST PRICE", "#1", etc.)
Recommendations
- Add quality visuals (product photos, service illustrations)
- Specify delivery or intervention timeframes and conditions
- Mention associated guarantees or certifications
- Regularly update the listing to maintain its relevance
2.4 Tenders
Required
- Clear and precise tender subject
- Correct category (product or service) and sub-category
- Detailed description of the need or specifications
- Indicated response deadline or cut-off date
- Valid contact details or contact method
Forbidden
- Submitting a fictitious tender without real purchase intention
- Collecting quotes without a concrete project
- Using tenders for disguised commercial espionage purposes
- Submitting discriminatory tenders or those concerning illicit products/services
- Contacting respondents for purposes unrelated to the tender
Recommendations
- Precisely describe the quantities and expected technical specifications
- Specify the indicative budget if possible
- Indicate the provider selection criteria
- Respond to all applications received, even negatively
2.5 Job Offers
Required
- Exact job title of the position offered
- Correctly specified department and function
- Clear description of missions and responsibilities
- Sought profile (skills, experience, education)
- Contract type and position location
- Valid contact details or application method
Forbidden
- Submitting a fictitious offer without a real position to fill
- Requesting excessive personal information in the listing
- Offering false remuneration or misleading conditions
- Submitting discriminatory offers (gender, origin, religion, disability...)
- Recruiting for illicit activities
- Charging candidates to apply or access the offer
Recommendations
- Mention the remuneration range to attract relevant applications
- Specify benefits, working conditions and career prospects
- Clearly indicate the recruitment process and response timeframes
- Close the listing as soon as the position is filled
3. Visual Rules
3.1 Image quality
Submitted visuals must be of good resolution, legible and representative of the listing or profile content. Any low-quality visual may result in rejection during validation.
3.2 Prohibited visual content
- Images of a violent, shocking, obscene or pornographic nature
- Images infringing on human dignity
- Images containing watermarks from competitor sites
- Images reproducing third-party trademarks without authorization
- Images unrelated to the activity or submitted listing
- Low-quality screenshots used as main visuals
3.3 Image rights
The Member warrants having all necessary rights to the visuals they submit. Any publication of a protected image without authorization engages the Member's sole liability.
4. Contact Details and Links
4.1 Valid contact details
Published contact details (phone, email, address) must be real, active and professional. Non-functional contact details will result in rejection during validation.
4.2 External links
Links to external sites are only permitted if they point to the official website of the relevant company or freelancer. Any link to a competitor site, another listing platform or a site unrelated to the declared activity is prohibited.

5. Moderation Organization
5.1 Systematic prior validation
All content submitted on the Platform · profile creation, listing publication, tender, job offer, major modification · is reviewed by the moderation team before going online. No content is publicly visible until it has been approved.

The Member is notified by email as soon as their content is approved and published online, or in case of rejection with detailed reasons.
5.2 Moderation team
The Publisher has a moderation team responsible for:
- Reviewing and validating all submitted content before publication
- Checking the compliance of profiles and listings with current rules
- Processing reports received from Members
- Conducting proactive checks on already published content
- Applying the sanctions provided for in these Rules
5.3 Automated tools
The Platform may use automated detection tools to assist the moderation team (duplicate detection, anti-spam filters, quality analysis). These tools complement but do not replace human review. Any final decision is made by a moderator.
5.4 Continuous moderation after publication
Initial validation does not exempt from ongoing monitoring. The moderation team may intervene at any time on already published content in case of a report, anomaly detection or proactive check.
6. Post-Publication Moderation Triggers
After a content is published online, a moderation procedure may be triggered in the following cases:

Report by a Member
Any Member may report content or a profile they consider non-compliant via the report button available on each listing and profile.
6.2
Automatic detection
The Platform's automated tools can identify suspicious behavior on already published content and submit it for team review.
6.3
Proactive check
The moderation team conducts regular and random checks on published profiles and listings, independently of any report.
6.4
External information
The Publisher may be informed of non-compliant content by a competent authority, a court decision or an injured third party.
7. Infractions and Severity Levels
Examples
- Insufficiently completed profile
- Too short or uninformative description
- Low-quality visuals
- Slightly incorrect category
- Significant errors affecting readability

- Duplicate listing or profile
- Listing submitted in the wrong category
- Incorrect or inactive contact details
- Manifestly false or misleading price
- Prohibited commercial claims or excessive capitalization
- Unauthorized external link
Examples
- Fake profile or identity theft of an existing company
- Deliberately misleading or false listing
- Manipulation of the ranking or evaluation system
- Boost abuse (fraudulent activation, circumvention of rules)
- Generation of fake leads or fake contacts
- Publication of illicit content (prohibited products, fraudulent offers)

- Recidivism on a Level 3 infraction
- Attempted hacking or intrusion into the system
- Illicit collection of data from other Members
- Using the Platform for criminal activities
- Harassment of other Members
- Non-compliance with a court decision involving the Platform
8. Moderation Procedure
8.1 Review upon submission
As soon as content is submitted, it enters the validation queue. The moderation team reviews it within the timeframes indicated in Article 5.1.
8.2 Possible decisions
Approval
The content is deemed compliant. It is published online and the Member is notified by email.
Request for correction
The content has minor deficiencies (Level 1). The Member has 5 business days to correct and resubmit. Without correction, the content is automatically rejected.
Rejection
The content is non-compliant (Level 2 or 3). The Member is notified with detailed reasons and may submit a corrected version.
Formal warning
In addition to rejection, a written warning is documented in the Member's file. Three accumulated warnings may result in temporary suspension.
Temporary suspension
The account is suspended for a determined period (7 to 30 days depending on severity). During suspension, the Member can neither submit content nor access paid features.
Permanent suspension
The account is permanently closed. All associated content is deleted. The subscription is terminated without refund.
8.3 Systematic notification
The Member is systematically notified by email of any decision concerning their content or account, with clear indication of the reasons.

9. Appeal Procedure
9.1 Right of appeal
Any Member whose content has been rejected or account suspended has the right to appeal to the moderation team.

The moderation team reviews the appeal within 10 business days and notifies the Member of its final decision. The decision rendered on appeal is final.

10. Post-Publication Reporting System
10.1 Who can report?
Any Member registered on the Platform can report non-compliant content or a profile. Unregistered visitors can also report via the contact form.
10.2 How to report?
Reporting is done via the "Report" button available on each profile and each published listing. The Member selects the report category and can add an explanatory comment.

10.4 Report confidentiality
The identity of the Member who made a report is confidential and will not be communicated to the reported Member.
10.5 Abusive reports
11. Fight Against Manipulation and Fraud
11.1 Ranking manipulation
Any behavior aimed at artificially manipulating the ranking score is strictly prohibited, including:
- Artificial generation of views or clicks
- Using fake accounts to increase engagement
- Buying or exchanging fake reviews or recommendations
- Any technique to circumvent the ranking algorithm
11.2 Boost abuse
- Fraudulent activation of boosts not legitimately acquired
- Using boosts on fictitious or misleading listings
- Any attempt to circumvent rotation and display rules
11.3 Fake leads and fake contacts
11.4 Multiple accounts
Creating multiple accounts by the same entity or person in order to circumvent quotas, moderation rules or sanctions is prohibited. Detected multiple accounts will all be suspended.
12. Content Quality and Score
12.1 Quality score
Each approved profile and listing is assigned a quality score influencing their ranking in results. This score takes into account:
12.2 Improvement recommendations
The Publisher may send Members recommendations to improve the quality of their profiles and listings, in the form of notifications accessible from the personal space.
12.3 Verification badge
Members whose profile has undergone thorough verification by the Entreprise-Agadir.ma team may be awarded a verification badge strengthening their credibility with other Members.
13. Legal Obligations of the Publisher
13.1 Removal of illicit content
Regardless of the validation process, the Publisher is required to promptly remove any manifestly illicit content it has been informed of after publication, particularly content constituting an apology for terrorism, infringing on human dignity, counterfeiting intellectual property rights or constituting proven fraud.
13.2 Cooperation with authorities
The Publisher cooperates with competent judicial and administrative authorities for any legal requisition relating to Platform content.
13.3 Retention of moderation data
Data relating to moderation decisions (rejected content, suspended accounts, processed reports) are retained by the Publisher in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

14. Update of These Rules
The Publisher reserves the right to modify this Publication Policy and Moderation Rules at any time. Members are informed of any substantial modification by email or notification on the Platform.
